Three-metre snake seized along with cash, drugs and homemade stun gun at ACT home
Police in the Australian Capital Territory have arrested and charged a woman over a range of offences involving illegal drugs, a homemade weapon and a three-metre python.
Officers raided a home in Melba yesterday where they allegedly found a home-made stun gun and a jungle jag python.
They also allegedly found substances believed to be methylamphetamine, cannabis, a hydroponic growing system and cash suspected to be from the proceeds of crime.

A 50-year-old woman was arrested and charged with several offences as well as allegedly breaching good behaviour obligations.
Members from ACT Parks and Conservation Service Licensing and Compliance also attended the Melba home and confirmed no appropriate licence was held to keep the snake.
The snake was removed it from the home and the woman will appear at ACT Magistrates Court today.
