Kmart reveals launch of new whitegoods range
As part of its latest living range, retail giant Kmart is moving into whitegoods for the first time.
From February 17, they'll be selling washing machines, dryers, a dishwasher and fridges.
Prices range from $249 up to $449, depending on the capacity.

"We're really excited to launch our whitegoods," Nick Holmes from Kmart told A Current Affair.
"We saw an opportunity to give our customers pieces of their home that they really needed at great prices. So whitegoods was a really natural extension for us."
They'll be available online only, with all whitegoods delivered to your home.

"We've got a two year warranty and there's in-house fixing if anything does go wrong," Mr Holmes said.
A silver fridge will cost $449, a 60 centimetre dishwasher is $399, a seven kilogram dryer retails at $349 and an eight kilogram top load washing machine costs $419.
Melbourne mum-of-two Rachel Adams - otherwise known as "the Kmart mumma" to her 11,000 Instagram followers - said she thinks the items are "great".
"I think this is better than my washing machine at home," Ms Adams said.

Ms Adams has been shopping at Kmart for years.
"You could say it's a little bit of a cult," she laughed.
When asked if she thinks customers would worry about the quality of Kmart's new whitegoods, Ms Adams said: "I think people would definitely be satisfied ... if you've shopped at Kmart for so long, you know the products well."

Mr Holmes explained that their new range - which also includes home décor for the kitchen, living room and bedroom – comes to Australia from all over the world.
"We source all around the world, but we have a quality team, design team here in Melbourne," he said.
"So we collaborate with our suppliers and get great prices with our customers … It's just as good as any other supplier."
While whitegoods will be an online exclusive, the rest of the latest living range will be available online and instore from Thursday February 17.
