A woman who went on a crime spree across gyms in Brisbane has been sentenced in a District Court.

Letiesha Wilson, 22, snuck into countless 24/7 gyms last year under the guise of doing a workout, but she was lifting more than just weights.

Vincent Van Zijl, Matthew Bennett and Harrison Priebe were all victims of Wilson's.

She left their respective gyms with thousands of dollars worth of stolen goods and even took off with Bennett's car.

"It's just someone who's taking advantage of a place where people have trust for one another," Van Zijl said.

"Her gym attire suggested working out, but really her intentions were to steal people's possessions," Priebe said.
