Fiery flare-up over 'ruined' house auction
"He's behaving as if he's entitled in a very narcissistic manner," Craig McLeod told A Current Affair.
During open for inspection periods in the weeks before Saturday's auction, Mr McLeod's neighbour Kholed El Houli would blast rock music just as people started streaming in to look at the home in Newport, in Melbourne's inner west.
"Every other day of the week and every other moment of the day, it's actually very quiet," Mr McLeod said.

Mr McLeod and his wife Indri believe the racket scared away buyers.
Despite a Melbourne clearance rate of around 75 per cent, the home failed to attract a single bid during Saturday's auction, which was interrupted by El Houli as he used a loud air compresser to work on his vintage cars.
Mr McLeod says he has "no doubt" the music affected the result.

"People over the course of the inspection process took note of what was going on beside us," he said.
El Houli, who was caught on camera on Wednesday calling his neighbour Craig a "f------ moron" and wishing him "luck" at the auction, told ACA he was within his rights to play music at any volume he liked on his property.
"What do you want me to do? Stop living? Do you want me to move to Africa for a week and come back," he yelled at ACA's cameras following the auction.

He accused Mr McLeod of bullying him.
"I'm a human being too. Is it because of the colour of my skin, because I've got an Arab background?" he said.
Mr McLeod laughed off the suggestion he was racist.
"My wife's Indonesian, to call me racist is just ridiculous."
The family suspects El Houli may be hoping to buy the property himself, so he can develop the land.
When ACA put this to El Houli, he failed to respond.
The couple intends to attempt to sell their home through private sale.
