Financial advisor marched to cop shop over super fund fraud allegations

When police come knocking in the early hours, it's never good news.
That's something Abdullah Popal found out when detectives intercepted him before work and marched him to the station.
Police allege five people reported unauthorised access to their self-managed super funds, with a total of $160,184 allegedly vanishing.

A Current Affair first heard about the Wealth Street director allegedly dipping his hand in the wrong honey pot in February, when his former client came forward with claims he was missing $65,000 from his super fund.
