Ramesh Tanwar has run his service station in Sydney's inner west for the last 20 years and has always had a reputation for being the cheapest.

The father of five usually sells his fuel cheaper than he buys it.

But the owner of a small family-run station has had to raise his prices more than most due to rising costs.

Earlier this month, Tanwar Petroleum in Lewisham had one of the highest prices across Sydney.

Tanwar is worried that if the Iran war stretches on much longer, he will have to shut down.
