Justin sits in a chair across from me with a shadow cast across his face to obscure his identity.

He's emotional and his voice shakes as he describes the pain his young son is in after undergoing a procedure to fix his protruding ears by cosmetic surgeon Dr Ryan Wells.

"No father wants to put their kid through any pain and I have to live with that," Justin said.

Wells flew between the Gold Coast and Melbourne to perform cosmetic surgeries.

His social media was riddled with shots of exotic holidays with his model fiancée, whom he shares a house with overlooking Currumbin Beach.

But dark clouds descended when A Current Affair approached Wells for comment.

"I'm saying there has been a lot of lies," Wells said while walking his dogs.

Wells is one of seven doctors named as defendants in a class action brought by 1000 patients who claim they suffered physical and mental injuries.

"I think the stories we're hearing from people and their experiences have been incredibly shocking," Kathryn Emeny from Maddens Lawyers said.

The procedures took place at the Lanzer Clinics chain, owned by controversial dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr Daniel Lanzer.

A Current Affair can reveal Wells transferred the title of his Currumbin beach house into the name of a company which his fiancée is a director.

"How is that any of your business?" a shocked Wells responded.
