Thorn statement by spokesperson

Thorn statement:
Some of our customers experience hardship and we work with them closely to resolve their issues, with the help of mediators and Radio Rentals' a specialist hardship team. Our customers are Radio Rentals' number one priority and we continue to strive to be fair and reasonable in all of their sometimes complex situations and find remedies to alleviate their issues.
Radio Rentals operates with an Australian Credit License and within consumer protection regulations, particularly in the area of responsible lending.
Our customers determine how they make their payments, including Centrepay, direct debt, BPay, credit/debit cards, via phone and Australia Post.
We support the moves of the Federal Government to reform the industry to provide greater clarity around lease contracts, payment mechanisms and operations of companies in this sector.
We’d love to hear from you
