Car yard cowboys

Great-grandmother Jessie says she lives every day in fear, waiting to be sprayed with a hose or verbally abused by the car yard workers next door.

But they claim this little old lady is far from blameless.

Logan City Council has received a  number complaints from this address. These complaints were duly investigated by council officers and found to be unsubstantiated.

The independent Queensland Ombudsman found our handling of the complaints was conducted in a reasonable manner.

We recently wrote to the complainant requesting they contact us should any alleged nuisance happen again to allow Council officers to enter the property to investigate.
