Statement from Laser Clinics Australia
The health, safety and wellbeing of our clients is our highest priority.
All our therapists undertake comprehensive training, hold relevant qualifications and are required to adhere to established treatment protocols and clinical procedures designed to support safe and effective outcomes.
Incidents of this nature are extremely rare, although adverse reactions are an acknowledged risk associated with laser treatment and well communicated to clients.
In the event there is an adverse reaction we immediately enact our medical response protocols to support recovery.
This includes access to specialist medical professionals and treatment at no cost, follow up with the client, and making additional therapies available where clinically appropriate, including LED treatment sessions that can speed up the healing process and reduce the risk of scaring.
This medical access and follow up was offered in this instance and was declined by the client.
We’d love to hear from you
