Billboard's greatest pop star rankings make waves among music fans

American music media outlet Billboard is causing a stir among music fans following the release of its list of the top 10 greatest pop stars of the 21st century.
In addition to record music sales, the list takes in to account influence, impact and legacy over the past 25 years.
But the music magazine has Taylor Swift fans off side, as the American pop singer failed to triumph over Beyonce to claim the top spot.
