Kerrie Paske stayed silent for the 18 months since her 95-year-old mum Clare Nowland died after she was Tasered by a police officer.

Paske finally spoke of her family's pain outside the court today for the first time after Senior Constable Kristian White was found guilty of manslaughter.

The jury's verdict came after four days of deliberations.
