There's a new department store in town you may not have heard of: "Donna's".

Donna is a shopaholic.

She actually doesn't sell anything but take a look around the cluttered rooms of her home and you'd think you were in one of the more common department stores we all know and love.

Products wrapped and priced fill every room, though nothing is for sale.

"Everything here I bought," Donna said.

"I don't open it, I don't use it, but (I) can't help buying it."

Donna said her shopping addiction started after her mum passed away.

Donna works two jobs to pay for her shopping addiction.

"It started when Mum died nine years ago," she said.

"Shopping gives me comfort. It's a void for the loss of my mum and best friend."

Products which are wrapped and priced fill every room in Donna's house.

After an hour, it seemed Donna was a changed woman.

"I don't want it anymore. I'm throwing it away or giving it away," she said.

So after nine years of wasteful shopping, Donna and Stephens sent uteloads to charities and the local tip.

"I feel I have my life back and will never go back to that shopping addiction again," she said.
