Colin "Bucko" Buchanan and Greg "Champs" Champion released their album Aussie Christmas 30 years ago.

"I wish I'd kept the bus ticket, but it really was, you know, chaos quick," he said.
Buchanan and Champion decided Australia needed Christmas songs that didn't involve snow.
And the Australian people embraced it, with their album going platinum.
