The aspiring astronaut looking to take Australia into space

It's a dream most of us had as kids - to become an astronaut.

Australian Katherine Bennell-Pegg managed to make that her reality.

Last time we spoke, she was in training. Now, she's the real deal.

And, with Australia upping its game in space, for the next generation, going up there may not be out of reach.

"It's pinch me stuff to be an astronaut - better yet, an Aussie astronaut - qualified to go to the moon or the space station," she said.

"It's humbling stuff."
