Statement from Victorian Building Authority

The Victorian Building Authority understands through Mr Keith Stone, that his complaint is currently with Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria as directed by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

This matter has also gone through the dispute resolution process with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Mr Stone recently lodged a formal complaint regarding the practitioners with the Victorian Building Authority on 11 March, 2019.

The VBA has had frequent contact with Mr Stone since that time and is in the process of assessing that information.
