In 2017, Chris Karadaglis was detained by police following a neighbour's noise complaint. While he was being dragged from his home to the police car, his neck was snapped. Chris is now a quadriplegic in need of 24/7 support from full-time carers and family. He reveals to 60 Minutes the devastating physical and emotional impact the injury has had on his life.
