Police find $6 million in kitchen cupboards of Sydney home
Four people have been charged after almost $6 million was allegedly found in the kitchen cupboards of a home in Sydney's southwest.
Police executed a search warrant at the home in Belmore yesterday morning, while also conducting simultaneous searches at properties in Bardwell Valley, Campsie, Lakemba and Marrickville as part of the same operation.
As well as the large sum of cash, police seized 400 cartons of tobacco.

Investigators believe the group were involved in the illegal supply of tobacco and they allegedly avoided paying close to $1.8 million in duty taxes.
A 45-year-old woman and three men aged 40, 50 and 57 were all arrested and charged.
The 50-year-old man was refused bail and scheduled to appear at Burwood Local Court today.
The others were granted strict conditional bail to appear at Burwood Local Court next month.
