2015 Emmy Nominees: TV’s favourites go head to head

Hollywood’s television A-listers are gearing up for the 67th Annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles tomorrow.

With television in the middle of what some are calling the next Golden Age, competition is tough and the list of nominees filled with strong contenders.

Old favourites Mad Men, Game of Thrones, House of Cards and Downton Abbey are still leading the pack as hopeful winners, but Orange Is the New Black could see its first win this year while new comer Better Call Saul also saw overwhelmingly positive reviews from audiences.

The Big Bang Theory missed out on a nomination in the Outstanding Comedy Series category for the first time since 2010 and fans of Fox’s wildly popular Empire will be disappointed to see it also missed out on a nod.
