Hundreds evacuated as operation to defuse WWII mega-bomb in Poland begins
A high-stakes military operation is underway to defuse the biggest unexploded World War II bomb ever discovered in Poland.
The "Tallboy" was used by the British Royal Air Force in an attempt to sink a Nazi battleship, and still contains 2.4 tonnes of explosives.
Divers say just the smallest vibration could trigger detonation.

More than 750 people were forced to evacuate the area as the military delicately burns through the bomb's explosive charge in a five-day operation.
The bomb measures more than 6m in length and weighs 5.4 tonnes.

It was dropped by the RAF in a 1945 assault on a Nazi warship.
