Woman dies after mower rollover on Queensland property

A woman is dead after a mower incident in Queensland's Lockyer Valley.

Paramedics were called to the Upper Lockyer private property at about 3.40am, Queensland Ambulance said.

A female patient in her 40s was treated for life-threatening injuries.

It's understood the woman was not transported from the property.

Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
