Separate CCTV footage shows the man standing up and stumbling around after he was hit.

Wilke, who has been charged with attempted murder, told police she “recently become involved in a sexual relationship” with the man, The Smoking Gun reports.

The 44-year-old said they argued after she found out about his HIV status, which he was laughing about.

Wilke has pleaded not guilty.
