Boy, 7, outshines weather presenter to deliver weekend forecast

A seven-year-old boy has outshined his meteorologist co-host to deliver a hilariously entertaining weather report on live TV.

Video of WGN news' latest guest, Year Two student Charlie Hale, is proving a hit online after the primary school-age boy charmed the camera like a pro.

WGN regularly features a youngster on its Saturday morning (AEST) weather forecast, but many crack under the pressure.

Not Charlie, though, as he showed off some killer dance moves, said hello to a few of his favourite teachers, and then "got down to business" giving a great weekend forecast.

Charlie says he wants to be a policeman and a millionaire when he grows up, but we reckon the kid's made for television.
