Woman speaks about botched butt implant

A former stripper whose buttock implant was botched so badly the silicone flipped around under her skin has spoken out about the viral video that made her an overnight star for all the wrong reasons.

Las Vegas resident Renee Talley told the TV show Botched that she posted a short video of her gravity-challenging derriere online in November 2012 after a series of ill-administered silicone injections and surgeries.

"My video has been seen in every country in the world. I think it was a million views in, like, five minutes," the 45-year-old said.

The former erotic dancer said a "mid-life crisis" led her to experiment with cosmetic surgery in 2010 but going under the knife failed to lift her sagging spirits and dragged down her butt down too.

"This whole procedure has affected my life in so many different ways," she said.

"I don't really look in the mirror at myself anymore because I'm not happy with the way my butt looks."

Ms Talley said six months after having silicone injected into her backside the problems began.

She began to feel sick and have "stomach issues", which an MRI later revealed was caused by the silicone spreading up her back and down her legs, attaching itself to her organs and causing an autoimmune disease.

Doctors told Ms Talley to have the silicone removed but warned that it could result in deformities.

"Me being vain, I didn't want that," she said.

"I decided to put an implant in to fill in the space where the silicone was removed. They wanted me to wait six months, and I said no."

The decision proved costly for the ex-stripper with the new implant causing even more problems and leaving her butt in the state it was in when she filmed that viral video.

Ms Talley accepts that she only has herself to blame for her predicament.

"It's something I did to myself so I'm going to have to learn to live with it,' she said.

"I'm probably never going to be able to fix the imperfection. If you ruin it, you can't go back and fix it."
