Spa patron finds man's body submerged in New York hot tub

The body of an 84-year-old man was found submerged in an outdoor hot tub at a luxury New York spa when another patron stepped into the water and felt something by her feet.
Hock Ma was pulled from the water of the shallow rooftop spa on Sunday night, NBC News reports.
The woman who found him ran inside screaming for help and spa staff administered aid until paramedics arrived.

Mr Ma was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
It is not known if an aquatic supervisor was monitoring the spa pool at the time of the incident.
It is also not clear if Mr Ma suffered some type of medical emergency or even how long he been underwater.
Health authorities are investigating the facility.
