Woman shot dead during sex game with loaded gun

A woman who died when a sex game with a loaded gun went tragically wrong has been identified.
Paloma Williams, 24, was found dead by police in the bedroom of Andrew Shinault, 23, in Valrico, Florida.
His girlfriend of two weeks, she had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest.

Shinault is in jail charged with manslaughter on US$50,000 bail.
He told police that he and Williams had been using q 9mm Taurus handgun for “sexual gratification and arousal,” according to the Tampa Bay Times.
It wasn’t the first time they had used it in this way and they had both taken turns to rub the gun over eachothers’ bodies, he said.
The couple were fully clothed and sat on his bed at the time.
According to an affidavit, he pulled the trigger a few times and it clicked.
However, he claimed, in the course of rubbing the gun over their bodies, the safety flipped off.
As he held the gun to her chest and pulled the trigger, it fired and she fell.
He called his parents, who were downstairs at the time.
The affidavit states that he had snorted a small amount of meth about two hours before the incident, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
