Ladder fails frustrated firefighter

It’s the footage he'd probably rather forget, but it's not over yet for this luckless firefighter.

The entertaining viewing, reportedly captured in Memphis, Tennessee on Saturday, shows the fireman at odds with his work equipment as he tries to extinguish a motorway truck blaze.

At first it's his unruly hose, then the ladder flips over.

Unfortunately for him, the entire incident was captured on camera and later shared on social media.

He managed to escape without injury, according to reports.

Whether his ego was as lucky is yet to be determined.
