J-Law loses it over Homeland spoiler

Hollywood darling Jennifer Lawrence has lashed out at an entertainment reporter after the woman spoiled the shocking ending of Homeland's third season at Saturday's SAG Awards.

While the American Hustle star is known for her giggly demeanour on the red carpet, there was no such light-hearted banter after Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson let the crucial detail slip.

The unscripted drama unfolded when Lawrence spotted Homeland's Damien Lewis on the platform next to her.

"Somebody has watched two seasons of Homeland twice," she gushed.

"And I'm freaking out a bit."

The reporter asked whether she should introduce the 23-year-old to the British actor.

"No, don't look," Lawrence replied. "Be cool, be cool!"

But Robinson ignored her pleas and flagged over Lewis, before revealing the season finale shocker.

"I can't believe you said that," a visibly shocked Lawrence said through gritted teeth, adding that she was awaiting the Season 3 DVD release.

Throwing up her arms, Lawrence said: "I can’t, I have to get it together.

"You're a monster."
