Footage of couple's final shootout released

The killer couple Amanda Miller and husband Jerad are seen sprawled out on the floor of the Las Vegas Walmart store with their guns drawn, cornered by police.

These are the final moments of a shooting spree that left three people dead, including two police officers, captured on the store's surveillance cameras.

"It looks like they're shooting at each other," a police officer narrating the video says.

"It looks like she just shot him, and she's about to 405 [Las Vegas police code for suicide]."

The footage shows Amanda Miller fire at, and miss, her husband before appearing to turn the gun on herself.

We do not see her shoot herself.

The bullet that killed Jerad Miller apparently came from a police officer's gun, not his wife's.

Initial reports said the wife fatally shot Jerad Miller before taking her own life in a gunfight with police on Sunday.

But an officer had already shot Jerad Miller with a rifle just before the start of the above video and none of Amanda Miller's bullets made contact, local police said.

The suspects' rampage appears to have been motivated by anti-government sentiment.

After they shot dead two officers, the couple left a swastika, a Revolutionary War-era "Don’t Tread On Me" flag and a note reading: "The revolution is beginning".
