Boy's cute interview steals the show at county fair

A video of an adorable young boy's rambling and nonsensical interview at a US county fair is quickly going viral.

Noah Ritter was quizzed by a reporter from Pennsylvania TV station WNEP on Friday after going on a ride at the Wayne County Fair, WNEP reports.

But rather than giving his thoughts on the attraction the outgoing youngster with a strong lisp tells the journalist that he has never been on "live television" and he doesn't watch the news because he is a kid.

He also says "apparently" at least seven times during the one-minute interview.

"Apparently I've never been on live television before but apparently sometimes I don't watch the news because I'm a kid and apparently every time apparently grandpa just gives me the remote after we watch the Powerball," Noah says.

After some prompting from the reporter he says he enjoyed the ride before reminding viewers that he is making his live TV debut and throwing in a few more "apparentlys" for good measure.
