4.5 quake rocks San Francisco Bay area

A preliminary magnitude 4.5 earthquake has shaken San Francisco Bay Area residents out of their slumber.
The US Geological Survey says the quake's epicentre was 3km from Berkeley, California. The earthquake had a preliminary depth of 12km.
No damage or injuries was immediately recorded.

The USGS website says people reported feeling the quake 64km south in San Jose.
