Ukrainian special forces video more slapstick than stealth

The Ukrainian special forces may have had problems storming Osama bin Laden's compound if video of their crack unit moving through a government building is anything to go by.

CCTV footage, dated August 16, underlines the unpredictable nature of combat zones, with heavily armed men in black balaclavas foiled by a humble turnstile at the State Border Service, Pravda reports.

A traffic jam builds at the building entrance, as one soldier after another attempts to move past the barrier; meanwhile, unperturbed civilian employees are caught up in the shambles.

Amid aggressive shouts and waving of weapons, some troops choose to go over, under or squeeze by the silver rod familiar to office workers around the world.

It's unclear if the unit was conducting a training exercise or executing a live operation.
