Dutch cases pass 40,000, 26 new deaths

The Netherlands has recorded 26 new coronavirus deaths, with the number of confirmed cases climbing by 199 to 40,770.
Total deaths in the country rose to 5082, the Netherlands Institute for Health (RIVM) said on Monday in its daily update.
The RIVM cautioned that it only reported confirmed cases and deaths, and actual numbers were higher.
