Tenants trash Welsh home before skipping town

A Welsh landlord has been forced to physically push his way into a property after rowdy tenants left his home full of garbage.

Every single room in the owner's Llanelli property, in South Wales, was piled full of rubbish, dirty dishes, pornography, cigarette butts and wine as he walked through on Wednesday.

The owner, who did not wish to be identified, posted a video of his inspection after being forced to come through the back door because the front was jammed.

His recent tenants seemed to love a drink because every room of the house contained bags, boxes and empty bottles of wine, including the bathroom and water closet.

The owner expressed his anguish at finding his beloved home in such poor condition after a long battle to evict the tenants.

Cigarettes has been put out on the carpets and every space on the floors and countertops were covered in grime.

When the property's owner made his way into the backyard he found more rubbish slewn across the garden and a lot more empty wine bottles.

The landlord said the tenants owed him more than $3000 in rent and that he has been trying to evict them for months, Wales Online reports.
