Can you spot the scam? Russian stall vendor caught out running apparent game on customers
9NEWS
A market stall trader has been caught out running an apparent scam on her customers by an eagle-eyed customer.
One disgruntled shopper took out a camera and surreptitiously filmed the trader from behind the counter, catching her in the act.
The apparent scam involves what seems to be a weighted bag tied to the scales.

The bag normally rests on the counter, but when a customer approaches with a purchase, the vendor flicks the bag off, adding a small amount of weight to whatever has been placed on the scales.
The video was uploaded to YouTube earlier this week and has been viewed more than half a million times.
It is unknown where it was shot, but it is believed to be in Russia.
