Shelter puppy throws tantrum when foster mother won’t let him sit on her lap in the car

An Indiana woman has filmed the melodramatic reaction of her young rescue dog after she refused to let him sit on her lap during a car drive.
Video of puppy Napoleon sitting in the front passenger seat was uploaded to Southern Indiana Animal Rescue Facebook page late last week.
The corgi mix can be heard whining, huffing and yowling in protest, earning the amused disapproval of his carer.
“You are so bad,” she can be heard saying.
The video has since been viewed more than four million times.
Napoleon suffers from a medical condition that requires he eat watered-down food. The shelter, as a result, is not accepting adoption applications for the pup at present.
Napoleon remains with his foster carer for now.
