Alleged serial graverobber caught red-handed

A British man has confronted an alleged serial graverobber after claiming to catch her red-handed stealing flowers from his brother's grave.

The alleged theft happened at North Watford cemetery, northwest of London, with the man claiming flowers had been stolen from his brother’s grave three times before catching the heartless thief.

"I am deeply sorry … I know it's wrong," the woman says as she's followed by the man, who uploaded footage of the confrontation to YouTube on Sunday.

"You're sorry? You will be. I tell you what, you're lucky my nephews didn't catch up with you, they would have slaughtered you," the man replies.

"You look at my brother in the face every time (you steal the flowers), there is a photo on his headstone.

"You don't give a s--- about anyone else but you."

Despite apologising the woman denies she "came prepared" to steal by carrying a bag, claiming she was paying respects to her mother in the cemetery.

It is unknown if the man will press charges.
