Sandra Bullock adopts second foster child, Laila

Actress Sandra Bullock has announced a new addition to her family, revealing that she has adopted a girl from Louisiana she had been fostering.
Bullock, 51, introduced three-year-old Laila with a photo shoot in People magazine, shot by her photographer-model boyfriend Bryan Randall.

“When I look at Laila, there’s no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here,” she told the magazine.
“I can tell you absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time.”
The Oscar-winner credits her son Louis, 5, who she adopted in 2010, with “spearheading” the adoption journey.
"My family is blended and diverse, nutty, and loving and understanding,
“That's a family,” she said.
