Product reviews linked to US murderer surface on Amazon

Alarming product reviews about chasing people with chainsaws and stabbings linked to alleged South Carolina murderer Todd Kohlhepp have emerged on Amazon.

Three bodies have so far been found on Kohlhepp's sprawling property near Woodruff, South Carolina.

He was taken into custody on Thursday after a missing woman was found chained inside a metal storage container on his property and her boyfriend's body was found buried in a shallow grave the following day.

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office have since confirmed they are "aware" of an Amazon wishlist allegedly linked to Kohlhepp, according to NBC News.

Items linked to Kohlhepp include a pet feeder, master locks, tactical vests and dozens of other products.

"Works excellent... Getting the neighbour to stand still while you chase him with it is hard enough without having a (sic) easy to use chainsaw," he wrote of a Husqvarna 50cm chainsaw.

"Haven't stabbed anyone yet," he wrote as a review for a knife. "When I do it will be with a quality tool like this."

Most of the comments have been removed, but screenshots were published by NBC-affiliate WYFF.

One of the reviews still online is for a Master-brand high-security padlock.

"Solid locks," the review said. "Have 5 on a shipping container.. wont stop them.. but sure will slow them down til they are too old to care."
