Plane crash-lands on US highway, narrowly missing cars

Video footage has captured the moment a small plane crash-landed in the middle of a US highway, bursting into flames.
The footage shows the plane nose diving and swerving towards the ground, crashing onto the 91 Freeway in Corona, California, narrowly missing incoming cars.

The pilot and passenger were able to escape the smoking wreckage, sprinting away from the flames.
Firefighters were called to put out the fire and parts of the highway were temporarily closed.
Nobody was injured in the crash.
