Paris Hilton's brother 'threatened to kill crew members' on international flight

Paris Hilton's youngest brother has faced court after allegedly threatening to kill crew members on an international flight.

Conrad Hilton, 20, great-grandson of the hotel chain's founder, called other passengers "peasants" as he screamed obscenities and suggested his wealthy father would get him out of any trouble, a US district court heard yesterday.

The alleged air rage happened during a British Airways flight from London to LA last July, NBC News reports.

Court documents allege Hilton punched one of the plane's bulkheads inches from a flight attendant's face and threatened to get crew members fired, saying, "I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss."

When a co-pilot tried to calm him down, Hilton allegedly said: "If you wanna square up to me, bro, then bring it on and I will f---ing fight you."

Hilton then allegedly smoked marijuana in a lavatory and claimed to be angry over a recent breakup.

"My father will pay this out, he has done it before," he allegedly said. "Dad paid $300,000 last time."

A team of five flight attendants restrained Hilton with blankets and aviation restraints and then handcuffed him to his seat.

Hilton denied taking alcohol before or during the flight but admitted taking a sleeping pill.

He has not entered a plea on charges of interfering with flight crew.

Hilton was released on a $100,000 bond, told to continue mental health treatment and ordered to appear in court on March 5.

His defence lawyer is yet to respond to the allegations.
