An English nurse with a cannibalism fetish plotted to kill and devour a 14-year-old girl after having sex with her, a British court has heard.
Dale Bolinger, a nurse at Kent hospital is alleged to have found the girl online through a chatroom on the website Dark Fetish Network.
Jurors have heard the 57-year-old man told the youngster he would behead her before cooking her flesh and consuming every part of her body.
"I don't like waste," Bolinger is alleged to have wrote.
"And I'll eat everything from your feet to your face."
The girl, whose true identity is unknown, went by the name Eva Gonza and entertained Bolinger's fetish by agreeing to come from Germany to meet him at a train station near where he lived in Kent.
Prosecutor Martin Yale told the court of the pair's correspondence online saying they discussed his fantasies and he intended to meet "with the intention of committing a sexual offence on her."
Mr Yale claimed Bolinger told the youngster, who initially said she was 16, of the "sexual acts he would perform on her before and after her death."
"She responded that she would like this to happen. There were discussions about how much more tender the meat is from children," Mr Yale told the court.
"During some of the conversations, Bolinger comments about sexual arousal, clearly showing that he received sexual gratification from his fantasies about cannibalism."
In their conversation Bolinger also boasted of having already eaten a 39-year-old woman and a five-year-old girl.
He is alleged to have bought an axe the day before he was to meet the 14-year-old at Ashford international train station, but she failed to show.
Online correspondence that follows allegedly shows Bolinger questioning Eva. She told him she had travelled to the arranged location but could not contact him.
Bolinger was arrested in February last year after FBI agents uncovered his plans during an investigation into internet chats on the rape, murder and cannibalism of women.
