An Australian tourist remains in critical condition in hospital five days after falling off a cliff while walking on New Zealand's Coromandel Peninsula.
The 23-year-old fell up to five metres on to rocks in the Kauaeranga Valley on Boxing Day, suffering serious head injuries.
She was flown by helicopter to Waikato Hospital.

On Wednesday morning, she remained in a critical condition in the intensive care unit, the hospital said.
