Footage captures the moment a car in Taiwan, driving in torrential weather gets hit by a bolt of lightning.

The video, uploaded online early this morning has yet to be verified, but the incident looks like a scene straight out of the film 'Back to the Future.'

Residents of Taiwan are currently cleaning up after Typhoon Matmo battered the island, bringing heavy rain and strong winds.
