Nice things are just wasted on some people.

Dashcam video from Prince Edward Island, Canada, has captured one driver's tempestuous relationship with what looks like a Porsche 911.

The video, uploaded online yesterday, starts with the black Porsche idling at a set of traffic lights.

When they turn green, the coupe takes off like a scalded cat, but gets the death wobbles as soon as it reaches the other side of the intersection.

Fishtailing for no apparent reason at all, the driver struggles to regain control of the vehicle but fails and crosses the median strip before veering back onto the right side of the road.

The driver, who seemingly still has his or her foot on the accelerator, then veers back the other way, onto the shoulder.

The car drifts sideways for a moment when the driver gets it back onto the road, completely loses control again and goes over the median strip.

The car sheds a tyre as it spins out in front of an oncoming car and makes a grinding noise as the driver slowly pulls the vehicle over.

"Just cos you have a nice car doesn't make you a good driver," the uploader notes.

Indeed.
