Istanbul bombers were Russian, Kyrgyzstan

Two of the three suicide bombers behind the deadly attack in Istanbul this week had Russian passports, Kyrgyzstan's foreign ministry says.
Citing Kyrgyzstan's consulate in Istanbul, the ministry said in a statement on Friday "the Turkish authorities have established the identities of two terrorists" and named them as Rakim Bulgarov and Vadim Osmanov.
It provided no other details.
