A cold war nuclear bunker is up for sale in the United Kingdom, with a price tag of almost $800,000.

The Hope Cove Bunker, near Salcombe in south-west England, is attracting interest from a wide range of buyers.

The building offers a total of 56 bedrooms for the future owner to potentially fill.

The bunker was originally built as a radar station in 1941 and was later redeveloped as a regional government base in 1950.
