Final MH17 bodies arrive in the Netherlands

The plane carrying the final MH17 bodies located so far has landed in the Netherlands, Sky News has reported.

The Dutch jet left Ukraine several hours ago with the bodies of 38 victims on board.

Bodies are still missing from the estimate of 298 dead, with only 227 now found and transported to the Netherlands.

Investigators, including Australian personnel, are continuing to examine the crash site while in the Netherlands, forensic experts have begun the long and difficult task of identifying the bodies already found.
