Ex-girlfriend arrested over millionaire's murder

The model ex-girlfriend of a British millionaire wanted by police over his murder has been captured more than 3000km away from the crime scene.

Company director Andrew Bush, 48, was shot twice in the head and found lying in a pool of blood at his Spanish beachside mansion on the weekend.

An international man hunt was immediately launched for his ex-girlfriend, Mayka Kukucova, 24.

The Slovakian model has since been taken into custody after giving herself up to police in her home town of Nova Bosaca.

Mr Bush's current girlfriend, Maria Korotaeva, 20, who was with him on the day of his murder said she is "so happy", calling his ex a "uneducated psycho".

"She's done it. God will be her judge".

Ms Korotaeva said that Mr Bush had split with his ex "a long time ago" but she continued to live in his England home until last October.

"He couldn't get her out of the house," Ms Korotaeva told the MailOnline.

"He said he was trying to change her for the better and he realised that it wasn't working and she moved out."

Ms Korotaeva was visiting the Spanish villa with Mr Bush to celebrate their five-month anniversary when he was killed.

Police have suggested that Ms Kukucova was lying in wait for Mr Bush and Ms Korotaeva inside his home in Spain's Costa de Sol, when she allegedly fired the fatal shots before escaping.

Ms Korataeva has since paid tribute to her "amazing boyfriend" calling him her "teacher" who "changed her life".
