Dying mum spends final months trying to find husband new love

A doting UK father whose wife's life was tragically cut short has fulfilled her final wish by remarrying.
Clare Mauremootoo, 39, from Bristol, was devastated to learn she had motor neurone disease, knowing she would have to leave behind sons Jack, then 10, Ben, seven and, her husband of 11 years, John.
She bravely put her own feelings aside and spent her final months finding her husband a new companion to care for her family when she was gone.
"I wasn't ready to meet someone else but it's what Clare wanted and she even spoke to hospice staff to line me up on dates," Mr Mauremootoo told the Mirror, adding at the time he was focused on cherishing every moment left with his wife.
In February 2007, he was left heartbroken when she passed away.
But wanting to keep his promise to his wife, Mr Mauremootoo found love again and finally remarried in 2012.
The 52-year-old is now sharing their story to raise awareness of the incurable disease.
